Top 5 favourite behavioural / lifestyle shifts since going plastic free in January:

1. Making my own Almond milk!

2. The abundance of mason jars

3. No more impulse buys (you know.. those little treats and useless knick knacks that sit at check out counters and the like… tempting you with sweetness)

4. Bulk buying!

5. Taking more time to prepare for the day/week/month

Going plastic free has set a more deliberate pace in my life! The pay offs, how it’s affected my life are another post all together. stay tuned 🙂

  1. You should add more detailed examples to this list!! For those of us still struggling to shift our thinking. I can’t believe how much of what I’m reading didn’t even occur to me. This blog is so helpful!
